FOR THE LOTUS TUNIC (WITH CAP SLEEVE OR SLEEVELESS)
For size X-Small, Small and Medium from 44" wide light to mid-weight fabric
* 2 1/4 yards for the Exterior
* 7/8 yard of a coordinating fabric for Upper Bodice, Belt and Binding
* 2 1/8 yards cotton muslin for the Lining

For size Large, and X-Large from 44" wide light to mid-weight fabric
* 2 1/2 yards for the Exterior
* 7/8 yard of a coordinating fabric for Upper Bodice, Belt and Binding
* 2 1/4 yards cotton muslin for the Lining
PLUS
* 20" coordinating dress or Invisible zipper (we use Coats brand)
* 1 small hook and eye
* 1 spool of coordinating all-purpose thread (we use Coats Dual-Duty Plus¨)

* 1/2 yard coordinating fabric for the Upper Bodice and Binding

For size Large, and X-Large from 44" wide light to mid-weight fabric
* 2 1/8 yards for the Exterior and Facings
* 1/2 yard of coordinating fabric for the Upper Bodice and Binding
PLUS
* 3/4 yard of 22" wide mid-weight sew-in interfacing (we used Pellon 40)
* 7 flat buttons (size 1")
* 1 spool of coordinating all-purpose thread (we use Coats Dual-Duty Plus¨)

TOOLS NEEDED: Scissors, Straight pins, Tape measure/Ruler, Seam ripper, Invisible or regular zipper foot for your machine (J&P Coats Invisible zipper foot fits most machines), Chalk pencil or pencil, Hand sewing needle, Turning tool, Iron and ironing board.
